Affordable Connectivity Program & Lifeline:
Federal Government funded program that pays for qualifying customers to receive either Free or discounted internet service, on a cell phone, Tablet, or in home broadband or fiber optic line directly to their home. Most customers know the program to offer Free internet and wifi service only, however if the customer signs up for mobile service they also get Free Unlimited Phone Calls, Unlimited Text messages and Free and included wifi capabilities. The ACP program was written as an executive order by the White House to advance racial equity and to support underserved communities.
The ACP program has been preventing Digital Discrimination and has already helped millions of households to not only have access to the internet, but also given families a device they can use to connect to the web.
The ACP program is a 2 part program: (Qualifying customers get both)
1. $30 off of monthly internet cost or up to $75 off for Tribal lands (This is a monthly benefit)
2. Up to $100 off for a device to access the internet. (This is a 1 time benefit)

How to Qualify?
Who Qualifies:
SNAP, Medicaid, SSI, Pell Grant, Veterans with Survivor Benefits, WIC, Free/Reduced School lunch, Social Security, Retired, and Customers can also Qualify through Income (Must speak to an agent).
Customers must submit an application via, online form, internet chat or via phone.
Agent will run the customer’s application to get approval.
Once a customer is approved, the customer will be contacted to complete the payment for activation/shipping and handling fees of $20 total.
If the customer needs to submit documents for approval the agent will alert the customer via phone/email/text and supply a link for the customer to upload the required documents.
Once the document is submitted agent will submit to USAC (Government Dept that checks and issues approval)
Once the customer has an approval and has submitted the payment, the device will be activated and shipped to customer via USPS and a tracking number will be provided to customer along with a receipt of purchase and instructions on hot to maintain their Free Internet Service.
For Home Service:
The customer will also complete an application.
An agent will check offers in their area and alert customer of their options.
Once a customer chooses an option, the agent will submit an application and schedule an installation date for a technician to come to customers home and install their service.
There are no payments necessary for Home Svc.
Every qualified customer is guaranteed installation or a Android Tablet ( Activation, shipping, and handling not included for Tablet ).
